Description:
This lacing machine is equipped with pressing, automatic feeding, automatic cutting device. The stator should be loaded vertically into this lacing machine. The overhang windings are simultaneously laced by two twin needles controlled by servo system. The needle indexing, hooking and stator indexing process are controlled by servo system. The spindle adopts frequency speed control. The lacing type, such as slot by slot lacing, interval lacing, and fancy lacing could be programed in the touch screen. This lacing machine is characterized by compact appearance, fast speed, low noise; simple operation and easy tooling change.
Applications:
This stator coil lacing machine is appropriate for micro induction motor like conditioner motor, washer motor, compressor motor, fan motor, alternator motor, pump motor etc.

Lacing machine operation method
1. Connect machine to power source and air source. Do threading.
2. Put the stator in the tooling.
3. Switch to "auto" mode. The press "start" button by two hands.
4. Machine will automatically do the lacing.
